Milestone Rule: Only the highest qualifying bonus milestone is paid each calendar month. Bonuses are evaluated on net new eligible paying customers settled within that calendar month.

An eligible customer is a bona fide business that registers for Mitra through your unique referral link, successfully completes payment for a paid plan, and remains in good standing through the initial 30-day settlement window. Free-tier accounts, test accounts, and unverified sign-ups are not eligible for commission.
Commissions and acquisition bonuses are computed at the end of each calendar month. Earnings become eligible for settlement following the expiration of the 30-day customer retention and refund period. Note: Live disbursement integrations and bank payout mechanics are currently awaiting final configuration and compliance approval prior to live payout activation.
Your commission tier is assessed dynamically at the close of every billing period based on your active count of eligible paying referred customers. If your network grows from 9 to 10 customers, your tier automatically elevates from Starter (10%) to Growth (15%) for the subsequent cycle.
If a referred customer requests a refund, initiates a payment dispute or chargeback, or has their payment reversed within statutory windows, any associated commission accrued is adjusted or deducted from payable partner earnings.
Customers maintain full autonomy to cancel or lapse their Mitra subscriptions in accordance with Mitra’s standard Cancellation Policy. Partner commission accruals cease immediately upon customer cancellation or termination of paid service.
Partners may not refer their own businesses, affiliate businesses under shared ownership, or create artificial user accounts. Deceptive advertising, unsolicited messaging (spam), bidding on Mitra brand trademarks, and unauthorized coupon sites are strictly prohibited. Violations result in immediate permanent account suspension and forfeiture of all accrued earnings.
Statutory Transparency & Configuration Status
Participation in Mitra Partner League does not constitute an offer of employment, joint venture, or guaranteed income. All earnings are contingent upon bona fide paying customer referrals who subscribe and remain active on eligible Mitra plans. Payout gateway channels and tax compliance forms (PAN / GSTIN) are currently labeled as awaiting configuration and regulatory sign-off prior to live fund distributions.
